Why we won’t show you a price list.

Every forwarder that publishes a rate table is either quoting a number that expired weeks ago or one padded enough to be meaningless. Freight pricing moves with the route, the season, the carrier, and the fuel and container market. So instead of a price list, here is exactly what we need in order to give you a real number — usually the same day.

What we need

Six things, and we can price it.

01

Origin & destination

City or port at both ends. The nearest port is not always the cheapest routing, so give us the actual addresses.

02

Mode

Sea, air, or tell us the deadline and let us advise. Sometimes the slower mode still makes the date.

03

What the cargo is

The commodity decides the classification, the packing, and whether any special handling applies.

04

Weight & dimensions

Or the container type for FCL. “Not sure yet” is a valid answer — we will tell you what to measure.

05

Timing

When it can be collected and when it has to land. This moves the price more than most shippers expect.

06

Incoterm

Who is responsible for what, and where the handover sits. If you are not sure, we will work it out with you.

Common questions

What actually moves a rate.

These are the factors that make the same route cost differently in March and in October.

Season and capacity

Peak season, festival shutdowns and blanked sailings all tighten space, and tight space prices up. The same box can cost very differently two months apart on the same lane.

Fuel and container costs

Bunker surcharges and container availability move independently of your cargo and independently of us. They are passed through, not marked up.

Cargo type and packing

Dense, fragile, oversized or regulated cargo carries handling requirements a generic rate cannot cover. Tell us what it is and we will price the handling honestly.

How much notice you give

Booking early is usually the single cheapest thing a shipper can do. Last-minute space, when it exists at all, is the most expensive space there is.

Will the assistant quote me a rate?

No, and that is deliberate. It gathers the details and explains the process; a person prices the shipment. A number guessed by a chatbot would be worth nothing to you.
